Outline Description: Structure:
The mine has a curved, shallow rectangular body mounted on two bipod legs. As with the Claymore, the major effect of the LI-12 is produced from hardened steel balls encased in hexotol. The LI-12 antipersonnel mine is based upon the concept of the US Claymore mine. The LI-12 is manufactured by LIAB and has been produced for the Swedish Army as the Truppmina 12.
